While you may or may not need your winter coats this weekend, this event will surely be a hit for the whole family! Join the Downtown Raleigh Alliance winter activation in partnership with Raleigh Parks for Flannels & Frost on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 12-4 p.m. at Moore Square.
