The NC F&B Podcast is throwing its third annual Bubbles & Brisket event this Saturday, June 3, 2023! Moo-ve over to Smoky Hollow starting at 2 p.m. for eats from 10 BBQ pitmaster chefs from throughout the state and an array of sparkling beverages (Champagne, cava, cremant, prosecco, beer…)—plus games, ‘90s hip-hop, and desserts. No Champagne, no gain!
