Mandolin is bringing back their legendary weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. While the food is Southern at its roots, Mandolin draws influence from around the world while bringing fresh and local ingredients to the brunch table. Start your morning off right with elevated breakfast items like Confit Chicken Hash and Johnston Co. country ham Benedict. Bring your friends and share a mimosa bottle for even more fun!

New brunch items have arrived at one of our Village District favorites, Tazza Kitchen! From Avocado Toast to the Egg Scramble, Tazza has some mouthwatering delights to start your weekend off right. Bring a date or enjoy some peaceful me-time on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at this high-energy eatery.
Irregardless Cafe
I don’t know about you, but chicken and waffles have to be one of my ultimate brunch favorites and Irregardless Cafe does this Southern meal perfectly! Are you vegan or gluten-free? They have a huge variety of options for your diet. Plus, the mimosas are top-notch. Stop by for brunch and live music on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
A Place at the Table
Enjoy good food while doing good for the community! A Place at the Table in Downtown Raleigh is a “pay what you can” cafe that provides community and food regardless of means. They offer delectable waffles, mouth-watering bacon, and some of the best scratch-made biscuits in town. Plus, they have a full-service coffee bar for all of my fellow coffee lovers. Stop in Tuesday-Sunday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Madre
Sunday brunch is on at Madre from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.! Madre is a celebration of motherly hospitality and the beautiful way of life found along the Mediterranean. Some featured brunch menu favorites include Turkish Eggs, Pork Belly Hash, and French Toast made with berries vermouth, and spiced chantilly. You can even kick-start your day with a refreshing Madre Margarita. 😉
