We’ll roll through Midtown and ITB with stops at four stunning, just-completed custom homes—the kind everyone in Raleigh is buzzing about this fall. Along the way, enjoy guided commentary, fun games, and prizes.

General Admission: $34 for the remaining 14 seats

Your ticket includes round-trip trolley transportation, guided access to four showcase-worthy homes, and fun activities between stops. Hospitality at the homes is provided at the discretion of our builder hosts and is not included in your ticket purchase… but trust us when we say it’ll be good!

Event Details

Start/End: Midtown Raleigh (exact pin shared via email 72 hours before event)

Dress Code: Casual, easy-on/off shoes

Accessibility: Boarding/disembarking the trolley and touring private homes will require some mobility

Ticketing Fine Print

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. Ticket purchase covers transportation + guided tour only. Alcohol is not provided or sold by Raleigh Weekend. Builder hosts may choose to offer hospitality at their own discretion. Participation is voluntary; please drink responsibly and arrange safe transport afterward if needed. By attending, you consent to photos/video being captured during the event. Ticket purchasers agree to have their name/email shared with our ride hosts and sponsors for prize fulfillment and follow-up.

Lisa Jeffries, a 2007 graduate of N.C. State University’s Wilson College of Textiles and Poole College of Management, has been working in marketing since 2005. Her professional work experience ranges from independent, family-owned businesses to high-growth tech startups. Lisa’s specific areas of expertise include new media and experiential marketing for service-based businesses. Passionate about her clients, cheering on the Wolfpack, live music, and rescuing animals, she is also the founder of Raleigh Food & Wine and Raleighwood Wifi. Lisa completed the NC State + SKEMA Business School MSc dual master’s degree program in Global Luxury Management in 2016, publishing a thesis, Location-Based Opportunities for Brand Marketing With Emphasis on Application Within Luxury Industries.
