August 16: Sixth Annual Natural Selections at NCMNS
Come to a one-of-a-kind evening of beer and science at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences on Friday from 7 until 10 p.m.
Sample unique creations fitting their natural science focus from more than 20 NC breweries! Enjoy hands-on science of beer activities, games, live music, and more.
August 17: Summer Daze Festival Vol. 2 at North Hills
Summer Daze Festival is back for Vol. 2 on Saturday with local vendors, food trucks, and tunes by DJ Nevy, The EFunk Experience, Cisco Adler, and 90’s cover band Here’s to the Night. They will be jammin’ from noon until 9 p.m. at Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park in North Hills.
August 18: Moore Movies – 10 Things I Hate About You… Let the stars guide your family to a FREE outdoor movie on Sunday night in the newly opened Moore Square. This week they will be showing 10 Things I Hate About You. Activities start at 7 p.m. and the movie starts at sundown. Bring your own blankets and chairs.
Let’s Kick It in Cary on Sunday
2019 Women’s International Champions Cup: Though we usually feature Raleigh events, we are so excited about the 2019 Women’s International Champions Cup being played at WakeMed Soccer Park that we could not leave it out. It is definitely worth the drive!
This tournament is the first of its kind and there is still time to get tickets to the third-place play-off game and the final game on Sunday!
