Thanks to permission from The City of Raleigh, Highwoods, and Dominion Realty (DRP), and with help from ThemeWorks, The Haymaker has lit up a large tent in the courtyard at 555 Fayetteville Street #115 for serving a signature collection of holiday-themed cocktails.
“A Very Tipsy Christmas” is a ticketed event for guests that are 21 years of age and older. The holiday-themed pop-up cocktail bar will be serving winter cocktails in an over-the-top festive setting with kitschy décor and the nostalgic energy of the best holiday party you’ve ever been to… socially distanced, of course. I am so grateful for Haymaker! I love a good cocktail in a cool setting.
Thought that wasn’t gonna happen in 2020. But Haymaker sustained me through the summer with their clever cocktail mixers-to-go. And now there’s A Very Tipsy Christmas! My husband and I went to their homemade winter wonderland a couple weeks ago and felt very COVID-safe while sipping libations by Haymaker’s expert mixologists surrounded by festive decorations and Christmas music. They put so much attention into every detail of each drink from the freshest ingredients to the garnishes and the presentation. Is there a James Beard award for bartending?
