Last Weekend To Get That Giant Turkey Leg!
The last day of The N.C. State Fair is Sunday, Oct. 22. Whether you’re going for the food, the rides, or the exhibits, there’s something in it for everyone, but it only happens once a year! Grab a jacket because you’re sure to go through three seasons in one day and get your tickets online early to save time.

Get In The “Spirit” At KB Barman’s Third Annual Halloween Haunt
Head to Dram & Draught on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. for a hauntingly good time. If you have been around Raleigh for a while, you have certainly heard the stories, and trust me, this party does not disappoint. There will be prizes for the best costume, creepy cocktails, and more.
The Boogeyman Returns For His 14th Year…
Don’t Miss THE Halloween party of the year! Join the team at Tri SPORTS Social Club on Saturday, Oct. 28, for a spooktacular nightlife tour of Raleigh’s hottest Halloween haunts. There will be games, drinks, and a $500 cash costume contest.
Friday Five: It’s Going to Be A Boo-Tiful Weekend
If you know me, you know spooky season is my favorite time of year! While I resisted solely focusing on pumpkin patches and haunted fun this week (don’t worry, there will be plenty of that to come this month), it would not feel right kicking off the first Raleigh Weekend of October without a little Halloween. So, here is a video of the real cast singing songs from my fav movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Now, it’s time to live like Jack and Sally, here’s this week’s Friday Five!
