The First Friday Markets at Moore Square are always fun but the Dec. 2 event might take the cake. There will be local growers, makers, food trucks, s’mores with a real fire pit, activities and games for families, holiday shopping, and they will be playing The Muppet Christmas Carol on the lawn.

This Saturday, Dec. 3, is the Scandinavian Christmas Fair at the State Fairgrounds. More than just shopping, this fair is an authentic celebration of the traditions of the Scandinavian countries. It will certainly get you in the spirit of the season!

Is it scary how much you love “The Office”? If so, you are not going to want to miss Office Trivia with David Koechner at Goodnights Pop Up on Dec. 3.
