Did y’all know it’s “Hot Tea Month”? When I opened up my Yelp app this week and saw that, I knew I had to jump into this week’s edition of Raleigh Weekend to share two of my personal favorites with you.
Plates Neighborhood Kitchen
Plates serves up a bevy of hot teas and specialty coffees on Glenwood South beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. (Pro Tip: Make your weekend reservations well in advance if you want in at this foodie hotspot.)
Tin Roof Teas
You’ll find over 250 (yes, 250!) premium teas available from Tin Roof Teas at their Village District retail shop but you can also conveniently shop 24/7 if “Add to Cart” is more your style.
Bonus History Lesson: The Tea Council of the USA was founded in 1950 and recognizes National Hot Tea Month every January. ☕
Thanks for tuning in, friends! Please keep reading for more things to fill your cup this weekend…
